Shipping costs

Free shipping from € 45,00.
Below that amount we charge € 4,95 in shipping costs.

Processing time

Order before 4 PM on a working day and we'll process and ship your order that same working day, or the next working day at the latest. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands usually takes 1 to 2 working days after shipping.

Carrier & tracking

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please check this address carefully before placing your order — if the address is incorrect, we can't guarantee the package will arrive on time or correctly.

Damaged or missing package

Did your order arrive damaged, or hasn't it arrived within the expected timeframe? Get in touch with us, and we'll look into it together with the carrier.
